Well, when I create my own controller using RTC Builder it generates the
makefile for me. As I am starting from your project i did not generate it
with RTC Builder, so no generated makefile. I modified the one at
Choreonoid to also build my controller, but did not try to find some way to
make my own standalone makefile.
