[choreonoid-users 00037] How to make some changes about Choreonoid in VS2008

I have  install Choreonoid from source code follow the website.
And I install the QT plugin to VS2008.
Because I want to use the frame to Industrial robot,I need to make some
changes.
For instance,I need to modify the body plugin to adapt to our Industrial
robot.
I wonder if the qrc files are the resource file which I can edit.
And I even cannot open it.
Can you guys give me some help?
